Booking and Payment Terms

Payment
A deposit is charged when booking a table for a movie screening (the amount depends on the
number of guests and the screening). The deposit is paid online via Bank of Georgia.

Use of the deposit
The deposit is not a separate charge — it is credited toward the guest's final bill during
the visit.

Cancellation
Table bookings for movie screenings cannot be cancelled.

Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a paid screening, we can reschedule your booking to another date —
please contact us via Instagram Direct or WhatsApp: +995 555 24 84 32.

Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation by the guest. If a screening
is cancelled by SPOT., the deposit is refunded in full.

Delivery
The service is provided on-site (SPOT., 18 Rejeb Nijaradze, Batumi) at the date and time of
the booking; no physical delivery of goods takes place.
